Abi consulted on Access for Surfacing on its UK tour in 2024. Surfacing included integrated audio-description and creative captioning throughout, and every performance was relaxed.

Abi consulted on making every performance relaxed; leading on ensuring the technical aspects of the show were relaxed, ensuring that information was available to audiences in advance of attending a performance, and developing clear and accessible content information.

Surfacing: NHS therapist Luc is fine. Honest. She’s definitely not overwhelmed by meeting Owen, a new client, definitely not freaked out by what she’s started seeing, definitely doesn’t think her reality has been punctured and something else is leaking in. Luc goes for a swim and feels a hand dragging her down to the bottom of the lake… When she surfaces, her reality is different.
